Crexalonphor provides clothing repair, alteration, and custom sewing services. We assess each garment individually and provide quotes based on the work required. Service timelines and pricing are estimates and may vary based on complexity, material availability, and current workload.
Customers must accurately describe desired alterations or repairs and disclose any fabric sensitivities or special care requirements. You are responsible for removing valuable items from pockets and ensuring garments are clean before drop-off. We are not liable for items left in pockets or damage to excessively soiled garments.
Quotes provided are estimates and may change if additional work is discovered during the repair process. We will contact you before proceeding with work that exceeds the original quote. Payment is due upon pickup of completed items. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For custom projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material sourcing, complexity of work, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of significant delays. Rush services are available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
We exercise reasonable care in handling your garments. However, some fabrics and older garments may be fragile or react unpredictably to alteration processes. We are not liable for damage to delicate, worn, or improperly constructed garments, or for color variations in fabric. We will inform you of potential risks before beginning work on questionable items.
Completed items must be collected within 90 days of notification. After this period, we will attempt to contact you. Items remaining unclaimed after 120 days become property of crexalonphor and may be donated or disposed of. Storage fees may apply for items held beyond 90 days.
If you are not satisfied with completed work, notify us within 7 days of pickup. We will make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge if the work does not meet the agreed specifications. Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only when work cannot be corrected to meet the original agreement.

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
