At crexalonphor, we are committed to delivering quality workmanship that meets your expectations. We stand behind our repairs, alterations, and custom sewing services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will work with you to make it right.

Service Satisfaction

Because we provide services rather than selling products, traditional returns do not apply. Instead, we offer adjustments and corrections to ensure your satisfaction with completed work. Our goal is to deliver results that match the specifications agreed upon during your initial consultation.

Inspection Upon Pickup

We encourage you to inspect your garment carefully when you pick it up. Try on altered items if possible to verify the fit. If you notice any issues or have concerns about the work, please bring them to our attention immediately. We can often address minor adjustments on the spot or schedule a follow-up appointment.

Adjustment Period

If you discover fit or quality issues after leaving our location, contact us within 7 days of pickup. Bring the garment back and we will assess the concern. If the work does not meet the agreed specifications, we will make necessary corrections at no additional charge. This adjustment period applies to workmanship issues, not changes to your original request.

What We Cover

Our adjustment policy covers workmanship issues including incorrect measurements, uneven hems, improperly installed zippers, loose seams, and other technical errors. We will correct these issues promptly and professionally. Our commitment is to deliver work that meets professional standards and your specifications.

What We Do Not Cover

We cannot provide refunds or adjustments for changes of mind about style or fit preferences that differ from your original request. We are not responsible for fabric characteristics, color variations, or structural limitations of the original garment. Damage occurring after pickup due to wear, washing, or other factors is not covered.

Custom Work

Custom garments are made specifically to your measurements and design preferences. We include fitting sessions during the construction process to ensure proper fit. Once a custom garment is completed and approved during final fitting, alterations to change the design or fit are considered new work and will be charged accordingly.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are rare and provided only in exceptional circumstances where work cannot be corrected to meet the original agreement. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be offered when some aspects of the work are satisfactory. Deposits on custom work are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our response to a concern, we encourage open communication to find a fair solution. We will review the original work order, discuss the issue, and work toward a resolution that addresses your concerns while considering the work performed. Our priority is customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality service.

Uncollected Items

Completed work must be collected within 90 days of notification. After this period, items become subject to storage fees or disposal. We are not responsible for providing refunds or adjustments on items not collected within the specified timeframe. Please see our Terms of Use for complete details on unclaimed items.

How to Request Adjustments

To request an adjustment or discuss concerns about completed work, contact us by phone or email within 7 days of pickup. Describe the issue and we will schedule a time for you to bring the garment back for assessment. Bring your receipt or work order number to expedite the process.
